Vicky Ducharme has been the Executive Director of the Sarnia Lambton Workforce Development Board for almost 15 years. Previously Vicky was in the Human Resources Department at Polysar/Nova/Bayer.
The Sarnia Lambton Workforce Development Board is one of 25 workforce planning areas across the province of Ontario; providing local labour market information and facilitating partnerships to address workforce development issues identified by the community. The Sarnia Lambton Workforce Development Board delivers the Passport to Prosperity program, working to connect employers and educations to provide school-work transition programs for students.
